As a business owner, I am protective of my business. It’s my baby, if you will. I want to nurture and develop each aspect personally, as my business has become a part of me. In the beginning, this concept worked, but as my business grows, I quickly realized that I cannot do all things – and do them all well.

Then there are those aspects of running a business I find I don’t do well, or are far too time consuming. Raise your hand if you have ever spent hours trying to figure out how to customize a WordPress theme or install and configure a plugin. Yep – I knew I wasn’t alone.

I finally found a solution to this, and many other issues: outsourcing. The distinct advantages of outsourcing is the time savings. I can simply do more activities that will help produce income for me, if my time is not spent doing tasks that others could do better and/or faster than I could. Outsourcing is the answer!

Finding a reliable and qualified outsourcing company is not as easy as it sounds. There are a lot of options in outsourcing providers, from web designers, virtual assistants to regular outsourcing companies. Do I want offshore or American?  For me, putting more American workers to work was important but I found it was also more costly.

For me, the answer was found in Traci Knoppe and her Your Web Tech Team outsourcing company.  Traci is someone I know from Lynn Terry’s Elite Mastermind group, so I already knew her and her qualifications based on the help she provides to everyone within the forum and on our weekly mastermind calls.
